| We know that gyrados is a water/flying type but it can't learn any flying moves and doesn't have any wings so how can it be a flying type? I think it's supposed to be a water/dragon type because it can learn dragon type moves and obviously it looks like a dragon that the Chinese people make in art (no offense). I think that the Nintendo company screwed up gyrados but didn't bother fixing it because it was too late and everyone would notice it. | |

| it's part flying because of the gaming side of it. if gyrados was sayy only water or water and dragon, it would be virtually unstoppable in the game, and so it's given flying to give it weaknesses that can be exploited only week to dragon, would make it able to use DD so many times O.O it would be scary..... | |

| ummm it does learn bounce which is a flying move
in the anime gyarados is seen flying
however gyarados benefits more from flying type than dragon type although it has 2 types that hit it super effective it resists more and has an immunity makin it come in easier
gyarados is also based off of the chinese dragon which can fly with magic (bounce i guess?) so im guessin its kinda like gyarados jumping and flying outta the water? | |
