Charizard will be swept by Stealth Rock. Your Pikachu would be veyr good for NFE (Not Fully Evolved) battles. All the rest of your Pokemon are good but you need to lvl them up too 100. You should also get a Pokemon with Stealth Rock.

I hope you are not using this for competitive battling because I could beat half of your team with a Scarfed Thunderbolt Starmie, lol, too many water types.
